Goals for the Year
Fitness is an important part of all gym programs. We at Family Foundations Academy are striving to improve overall physical fitness test scores. This will ultemately improve muscular endurance and cardiovascular conditioning levels. We are also conscious of obesity in pre-adolescent years, and recommend exercise recipes for students at risk. We are currently training our track and field team to improve running performances to have our athletes place at meets.
